 today school was quite sian.. all beacuse all the lesson is LECTURE!! then last lesson was damn tired already.. so i just went home after a cup of sundae:) then back home.. then watch my BBT:) yeah..wang zi shuaishuai!! then went to meet peishi.. off for training!!! today training warm up was 6 ROUND OF 6 COURT.. came back in 9 min 40 second i think.. next time i must not hit 9 min.. then started to do sprinting.. everyone was CHIONG-ING.. CAN SENSE THE WIND~.~wahahahahaha:) then do the drail and 3 ball for 22 people.. and then court work.. i DEFEND SHIHUI!! and i step on her toes when i was jumping.. and there is a swollen BLUE-BLACK at my WAIST!! and my bleeding on my hand.. that was sill okay..but the waist one DAMNED pain!! when i walk i can sense the pain-ness!! but training was okay today!!
