 this week is quite a happening week.. have been training on tues thursday and friday.. preparation for ENL.. and NYP training current focus is on BASIC.. so we have to do alot of passes and staircase.. that lEaD to ACHING of arm and leg.. FRIENDLY with the nineteens on today llabten training. we should improve on goal line throw in.. as for myselves ~I SHOULD BE CONFIDENCE IN THE PLAYER..敢敢丢.. other then that i should rotate more on the TALL shooters and also take one or more step to jump before trying to intercept.. and also cannot lazy..more my LEG! communication with mitch Sr and CHAR.. three more training to JUNE 3 speed match.. so u shall work the above thing in this three training.. JIAYOU LOWSILUN:) school was fun to. even thought have lot of test and quiz and homework.. I MUST JIAYOU and try to ATTEMPT the homework:) SUNDAY is going to ahma house to make dumpling.. that is all for today.. blue black is currently still okay... as for the VAMPIRE bite.. the harden part have drop off due to today training so it look more like VAMPIRE BITE.
