today..netball trn damn fun lo..even thought it have very litter ppl neber come..but never my..if u all don wish to come then we also cannot do anything right..that ur choice..anyway the only to be able to be strong is to trai nn train..that is no shortcut to be a gud player..then start trng we run around the court 6 round then got sprint ..then after that strrtech..then do pair ball..then coach call us do something so funi..hahax..then after that water break then we do the throw hard ball..hahax..then ya..of course it is fun..hahax..tehn we do square ball..hahax..we will playing so fun..ahahx..then we do court drail..so funi..haahx..i throww to shannon n chan irish defend n lynn too..lynn hit de ball then i hand short i called shannon faster kuian de ball then so fun..then after that coach say play game..hahax..we like kicking ball keep kick ball hahax..then irish defend me..hahax..i keep shot in..hahax..today quite accurate hahax..hahax..so fun..tehn the coach tell us something then we all so funi..teh nreturn home eat something then blogging later go study le..ahhax.. after mid years exam i sure to miss playing netball with eke shannon n h uichan hahax..
